Shakeology
If you’ve never liked protein shakes, try Shakeology! It’s hands down the best shake mix I’ve ever had, but it’s comes with a hefty price tag of $125 for 30 servings. If that’s too expensive, my back up mix of choice is this Garden of Life Vegan Protein Powder.
Beachbody on Demand
I’ve REALLY been enjoying the at home workout programs via Beachbody on Demand (check out my instagram for some pics!). You get online access to over 50 workout programs. I love that I get to choose whatever type of workout my body is in mood for: yoga, sweaty high-intensity intervals, dancing… whatever my body needs that day.
Pros: no gym drive time, quality workouts.
Cons: Bombarded with diet culture and being told to “lose weight” or “slim down.” But just IGNORE it and remember you can stop whenever you need to, you don’t have to push yourself to the max, this journey is about mental fitness not always physical fitness!
Meal Plans
No. Just no. Don’t do a meal plan. Listen to your body and eat intuitively.
